FAQ #1......WHO IS Mason Drywall Supply?
Answer: MDS is primarily a wholesale distributor of Tools & Supplies for the Concrete, Acoustical, Drywall, Flooring & Masonry Industries. We sell our Tools & Supplies to customers in all 50 States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and 10 Foreign Countries... and most of our tool customers found us on the Internet.
FAQ #2......HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE TOOLS ORDERED FROM MASON DRYWALL SUPPLY ?
Answer: It is our stated goal to ship every order as quickly as possible, and it normally takes 3-5 business days, but some orders have more length, weight, and distance to travel and may require some additional days.
FAQ #3......CAN MASON DRYWALL SUPPLY SHIP MY TOOLS C.O.D. ?
Answer: YES ! We use UPS & The US Postal Service for C.O.D. Deliveries. Some large items such as scaffolds cannot be shipped C.O.D. due to the length, weight & distance to travel. We cannot ship any building supplies such as ceiling grid or tiles C.O.D. due to the length, weight
& distance to travel. *Please Note: C.O.D. Shipments can take 7-10 days longer than normal because we must gather all of the items to be shipped into our Midland, Texas facility to expedite the shipment intact.*
FAQ #4......HOW IS THE FREIGHT/SHIPPING COST HANDLED ON TOOL ORDERS FROM MASON DRYWALL
SUPPLY ?
Answer: Orders over $300.00 ( Hand Tools Only! ), are automatically Freight Pre-Paid when we are allowed to use our own shipping method. Scaffolds and other heavy items marked "Motor Freight Only" are Pre-Paid and Allowed
when 2 or more are purchased. Customers requesting *2nd Day, or Next Day Air, or C.O.D.* shipping will pay the shipping charges at the rate charged to MDS. Freight on small hand tools ranges from $3.00 - $10.00 depending upon the length, weight, and distance to travel. Items classified as "Building Materials" are shipped F.O.B. Midland, Texas and the customer must pay all shipping cost. MDS will work hard to find the most economical rate for your shipment. All interstate
discounts will be passed on to the customer.
FAQ #5......WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE "SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE" AND THE "MASON'S PRICE"?
Answer: MDS is a wholesale distributor that offers discounted prices to our customers who shop on the internet. You will pay the low "Mason's Price" for your items. The "Suggested Retail Price" is supplied by the tool manufacturers as a guide for setting retail prices. MDS sells to businesses & individuals that may elect to resale these products at the SRP Price.
FAQ #6......WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER FROM MASON DRYWALL SUPPLY ?
Answer: WE SPRING INTO ACTION ! Remember, Our goal is to ship your package on the
same day the order was received. Some orders are "drop shipped" from the closest distributor warehouse. At MDS, we know that our competition is good... so we have to be Better !
FAQ #7......HOW SECURE ARE MY PURCHASES AT MASON DRYWALL SUPPLY ?
Answer: We want you to shop with confidence at MDS ! Your Credit Card Number will never be included with any correspondence from MDS, and your Mailing Address will never be shared, sold, or rented to any other businesses or individuals outside of Mason Supply, Incorporated. At MDS, we know that there are many companies on the Internet that cannot be trusted and so we want to earn your
trust by providing quick, safe and reliable service.
FAQ #8......WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE WILL I GET FROM MASON DRYWALL SUPPLY ?
Answer:
All purchases from MDS come with an unconditional warranty of 90 days from the date of purchase, excluding wear parts such as blades and cables. Most manufacturers carry a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Manufacturers warranties will be pursued first when settling claims. Warranties do not apply to damage caused by accidents, abuse or improper maintenance. MDS will repair or replace defective tools that meet the above requirements or refund your money up to the amount of purchase less any freight charges. - "No Hassle !"
FAQ #9......WHAT IF I HAVE LOST OR DESTROYED MY "MASON TOOL CATALOG"?
Answer: Just order another one! We will ship a replacement catalog on Priority Mail from the US Post Office as soon as we hear from you.
FAQ #10......WHAT IS THE PRICING POLICY AT MASON DRYWALL
SUPPLY ?
Answer: Our prices and terms are subject to change without notice, but every reasonable effort will be made to inform our catalog customers of changes in pricing or policies. All orders are accepted at prices in effect at the time of receipt of order. All orders must be prepaid or set on account before shipping.
